COED CLASSES
PARENT TOT
Ages 1-2
Parent tot classes require an adult to be in the gym during the entire class to assist their child. A coach
is on hand to maintain the class structure and assist parents with teaching age-appropriate skills as well as proper spotting techniques.
A 3-year-old may remain in a parent tot class if they are not ready to separate from their parent. With a one parent to child ratio, if you have twins, two adults are to be in
class. We ask that all additional parents view from our lobbies.
Inside the classroom is a technology free-environment. All cell phones are to be kept in the lobbies please.
Goals of Parent Tot classes:
-
Instruct parents on safe spotting while in the gym.
-
Introduce basic gymnastic skills on all apparatus.
-
Introducing an instructor and student relationship.

-
Maintain a safe and fun environment while encouraging creative learning.
